The staff was amazing! The rooms were clean and convenient, but not exactly what we expected. They were really small. I was comparing 4 star hotels and this was not at all what I expected. It was a very old building in the middle of a dark street, but it was close to the metro and easy to get around. I prefer a more comfortable hotel, but staff was great, bed was comfortable and it was clean. Because the hotel is so small, we did not have maid service if we left later in the morning. Had this been ranked as a three star hotel, I would have rated excellent.
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Britannia. Our room was small, but very comfortable and clean. In room tea and coffee, and a mini bar were nice perks. The highlight was the delicious breakfast every morning and lovely staff throughout the hotel. Location was good, but a decent walk to all major attractions. Helped burn more calories which we used to eat more delicious food. Would definitely stay again!
The hotel was lovely. We only stayed one night, however the staff were great. They helped us with our luggage (which was extremely heavy from shopping) and ensured we had a car in the morning to take us to the airport. A person I believe may have been a manager suggested tours and offered walking tours that the hotel provided (we've been in Rome before so we opted out but they sounded lovely). The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Britannia recently! The location is great-walking distance to the train station. It’s surrounded by nice restaurants and shopping and very close to a lot of sites (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum etc.). Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful, they made a dinner reservation for our large group, called for cabs and arranged transportation to the airport. The breakfast is lovely! I’d highly recommend.
The room was smaller than expected, small space to place our to suitcases beside the bed. The bed was big and comfortable, though, and the room was clean. The personnel was excellent and helpful, the reception staff as well as the cleaning …
The hotel is conveniently located near the center of most attractions. It is safe and walkable. The room is beautiful and clean. The staff are wonderful. They are kind and always ready to help their customers.
I really enjoyed my stay at The Brittania Hotel! The location was PERFECT, and the staff were extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful! The room was a little small but it was very clean and comfortable, and it was sufficient for our needs. I would definitely stay here again!
